First-Call Clergy
Coaching Group
Stepping out into your first ministry setting, whether in the middle of a pandemic or not, can be daunting. You may find yourself constantly throwing out the joke, “They didn’t teach us this in seminary.” This coaching group is designed to help clergy in their first ministry setting gain confidence in their leadership strengths, create healthy ministry habits, and set them on a path of excitement for their call instead of burnout.
Deadline for Registration: Monday, May 10th
Minimum: Four participants.
Those registered will be notified about whether or not there are enough participants to move forward. If not, their money will be refunded in full.
Coaching Session Calendar
This coaching group includes ten virtual 1-hour sessions via Zoom video conferencing. The first session will be a 1-on-1 Initial Conversation with Rev. Lauren M. Peters, scheduled based on the participants’ availability May 16th - May 20th. The nine remaining sessions will be on Tuesdays at 10:00am CST.
