God never calls us to toxicity. Let’s say that again. God never calls us to toxicity. Unfortunately as ministry leaders we often find ourselves trying to navigate toxic workplace environments or toxic people. With ministry having a deep-rooted culture of leaders caring for other people over themselves it can be lonely. The purpose of this group will be to equip leaders with the tools and support to create a healthy space for them to move forward with their ministry.
Deadline for Registration: Monday, May 3rd
Minimum: Four participants.
Those registered will be notified about whether or not there are enough participants to move forward. If not, their money will be refunded in full.
Coaching Session Calendar
This coaching group includes ten virtual 1-hour sessions via Zoom video conferencing. The first session will be a 1-on-1 Initial Conversation with Rev. Lauren M. Peters, scheduled based on the participants’ availability May 9th - May 13th. The nine remaining sessions will be on Wednesdays at 10:00am CST.
